why can i not vote?!

the chat room was shut down and will be for a few months...about the voting, I haven't tried yet so I'm not sure what's up with that...

the chat room was shut down because of foul play. but anyways, i also have been having trouble voting. it also says that ive already voted and yet i have never seen the poem until i try to vote. whats wrong with it janis?
