by AJ Goodpaster
In the world of death
We travel the road.
Grimms come and go,
As they carry there load.
The sky is blood red,
As the ground is pitch black.
The grass is of amber,
The Grimm carries his pack.
Souls need to be reaped,
As people need to live.
As Knights need to fight.
My life, I need to give.
To keep the world going,
We need to do our part.
The Grimm comes to get me.
My death needs a start.
As I lay in the shadows,
Just waiting for my last breath.
I welcome the beyond,
I welcome Death.
