Hearts

by Danielle   Apr 15, 2008

Candle lit moon,
Shines on my face,
And my mind glows a brilliant red.
I'm transformed to be a killing machine,
And destroy the dieing Earth.
I run to the sky,
And the stars call my name
And rush about a broken sky,
Coming toward the Earth.
I sink into sickened waves
That tumble about in terror.
I hear the silent cries of the fish
As I breath in cold ocean water.
Spring is here, but I don't care,
Autumn leaves will fall forever in my heart.
