P.O.I.N.T.

by Josh Louizo   Feb 10, 2016

I look at the world and hear the death and the cries
Is this worth living
Do I want to die?
Feel the cries
Ignore the lies
Don't deny
I feel sad
The world's so bad
What's the point of life?
We all die
Life is torture
There's no fortune
To be found
But it all ends
When we're buried underground
No more sound
Should I take the gun on the shelf
and kill myself?
People don't know me
I don't let them see
I don't want them to
Don't know why
Then I go home and cry
End it all tonight
Do I want to go?
I don't know.

My heart aches after reading this. Know you are not alone in this battle of the mind... in these questions that keep circling. I've had them a million times. I know I don't know you, but I believe you have a purpose. Whatever that is, no one can tell that for you. Everyone has worth, even when it feels like just complete darkness or despair around you and within you. I'd encourage you to reach out. It's really hard, granted but I know from experience it's worth it to have support. We all deserve that. Hope you find happiness for the present and future.

    Take care and keep writing.

Nah, life is precious. It's a gift that some times we don't know what it is, we just have to unwrap it and see it for ourselves. it may take time for us to fully enjoy it, but life isn't that bad. It just seem like it. If anything, life can be tough but we are also strong. Keep on writing.
