Losing faith and gaining faith

I'm sitting here tonight,
oh such a splendid night it is.
as I'm laying here on my bed i think to myself,
what is happening to people in this world.
why must we suffer everyday seeing death in front of our eyes.
why must we live in fear on the everyday life.
what is it that makes everyone so scared and so lost.

i seem to be thinking a lot about this over the years.
I've lost people i loved.
I've gained things i care about.
I've gained so much trust for things i must.

losing faith is what people sometimes go through.
but gaining faith in god is something that is so special to someone, nothing can take that feeling away.

having faith in god is by far the greatest thing in the world.
i have faith that one day i will be an angel in god's
world of heaven.
i lost my faith when i was 7 when i lost my grandma who was also my best friend.
thanks to so many people in the world that I've had the chance to meet, I've gained back that faith in god
and now my soul is saved.
