Robust Rocker

by Iola   Aug 1, 2008

He is strong
Wilder
Than the smoke he inhales
Slightly long
Not the kind who fall or fails

Robust rocker
Pale
His skin tells of hurt and pain
Not a popper
Keeping alive on Vodka and Cain

Another night
Staging
A way of life that numbs all senses
Worth the fight
It places on his eyes different lenses

Party on
Bigger
Hang his leather jacket over a bed
No doing wrong
As his rock songs will one day be dead

Sharper lights
Rocking
Seeing nothing but psychedelic lines
Black old tights
Robustly ignoring all the signs

Blacker jack
Nowhere
Intoxicated by a life of shots and fame
Take a bet
He is rock and rolling without a name
