but when i think of what he's done
it makes me irate

how the law is God's word
love it, live by it
make sure everyone's heard

what an insult
we've confused literature with religion
beauty with cult

with "souls so bright"
don't be proud, it's what you've earned
for not putting up a fight

3:05 religion is perception
that's what we've come to conclude
but here we've shoved it in your face
a religion so rude!
