Streetcar Monologue

Had to do a monologue for Streetcar Named Desire.
First paragraph. Reason why I chose the moment I did. And the reason why I chose the person I did.
Paragraphs two and three. Monologue.
I got a 100 percent on this.

The reason for choosing this moment is to show a different side of Blanche's story. After Stella goes back to Stanley, Blanche's thoughts are generalized. Going into the depth of her thoughts gives her another voice. This voice shows the two sides of Blanche as if they are fighting over leadership of her brain. Choosing Blanche as the character to be portrayed gives her a chance to be seen for who she really is. In the depths of her thoughts, Blanche's facade is non existent and her struggle with herself is clearly visible.
I have no idea why Stanley would lay a hand on Stella. Oh, poor--poor Stella. With a baby on the way, even! I do not understand what-so-ever. Stanley, he is such a brute! Yes, a brute. That is sure all he is. Such a ribald character. I have no idea what Stella sees in him. He is so common. Those Polish men, they are no good for people of our class. If I could have done something, anything, I would have put him in his place. Instead I just had to stand there and watch. Such a pitiful sight.
My baby sister, my poor little baby sister, she must be out of her mind. I can not believe that she could go back to him after that. All that howling he did at the window, it just maddens me. Well, I suppose it concerns me more than anything. And Eunice, why, I do not see how she could not step in. How dare she tell me to stay out of it! Stella is my baby sister, after all. Maybe I was stupid for listening to her. I have no idea how I am going to stay there with that, that---thing! But I have no where else to go. There is no way I can go back to Laurel. I would never have even stepped foot in this place if I had not lost Belle Reve. Oh, just look at how worked up I am! I ought to go to bed now... There is not much else I can do..
