Six Feet Under

by Lauren   Jul 4, 2011

Memories too painful to call upon,
Wrapped in my own scarf of guilt
Strangling me to the edge of life...
Strangling me with the past I've built.

Envelooped in this darkness,
I began digging my own grave,
Digging six feet under...
Where our friendship sadly lay,
Killed by my fatal mistakes
It's death tugs at my mind..
I'm digging into my shame,
Trying to forget those old times.
