Letting You Go

It was not at all easy as it seems,
To let go of you and those beautiful dreams,
My hardened lips uttering goodbyes,
Did you ever notice my tearful eyes?

It was a fated love, meant to be broken,
But still, some words have remained unspoken,
I don't regret about those feelings for you,
And I'm glad; I could make it sincere and true.

Time will slowly heal everything one day,
