No matter what I seem to do,
I end the day thinking of you
I try so hard to sleep at night
But I just give in to this losing fight
You were everything I ever knew
About love and now feeling blue
I might as well turn on this light
Cause nothing about this is right
I know there's nothing that I could say
To change your mind and come back today
So I'll carry on with this hurt in my heart
With each day I keep falling apart
Wish there was some way to fix it all
But I'm by myself and i feel so small
I love you more than you'll ever know
Guess that this just goes to show
Love isn't ever lasting these days
It's so much easier to walk away

    This is one sad poem... Yeah, I know cause it is a sad poem but what I mean is youve written it with honesty and the sadness is really there. I do wish its a happy one tho.
