Do You Care Now?

Would anyone notice?
Would anyone care?
Would they even know
That she wasn't there?

The news would get around
They'd know that she died
But would anyone know
That it was by suicide?

Someone would realize
They'd know of her pain
She'd be found in her room
And they'd see where her razor left stains.

Then maybe they'd know
That her smiles were fake
And it became too much
For her to take.

So she took her own life
As it was too much to bear
And now that she's gone
Does anyone care?
