A tear slowly falls down my cheek –
I don’t want to leave!
I can feel his arms around me,
I can hear his voice in my ear –
“You’re my best friend,
The only one I can talk to.”
All I want to tell him is
“How I love you!”
Soon I’ll leave,
And we’ll be parted –
How I’ve forgotten
How this all started!
A passing glance
A movie here and there,
Friends at once,
But I won’t be here.
How did a friendship
Turn into love?
My mind has stopped thinking,
My heart is on it’s own.
How I never want to leave!
