Kelsey, You Entrance With, A Spell, Divine.. Bowlesian Sonnet )

by Robert Gardiner   Dec 31, 2014

(This is a sonnet, I wrote to celebrate the Beautiful Kelsey's of the world, after asking the name of this cute waitress working at the local Chinese Restaurant I was at after work on Monday. I am always looking for a something from which I can spawn a poem, so I decided challenge myself and see, if I could come up with a poem or sonnet centered around the name Kelsey - celebrating her and all the Beautiful Kelsey's of the World.)

Kelsey, You Entrance With, A Spell, Divine... (Bowlesian Sonnet )

Kelsey, You Entrance With, A Spell, Divine.
Enchanted, I'm Left By, Your Very Sight,
Captivated, Charmed, Besot With, Delight.
In Ecstasy, You Leave Me, On, Cloud Nine.

Venus, Aphrodite, Neither Compare.
To Your Utter Heaven, There Is, No Peer.
By Your Magic, Rapture, I Am, Drawn Near.
There Is, No Goddess, More Lovely, Out There.

You Are, A Splendor, Like Nothing Before.
No Rhapsody, Like That, Which You Bellow.
Your Siren Song, Beguiles Me, Ever So.
Hypnotized, Transfixed, I Am By, Your Lure.

With Pleasure, You So, Exhilarate Me.
Enamored, I'm Left, Amidst, Such Fancy...
