Seek help to heal

I wrote this as the death of Chester Bennington from Linkin Park devastated me

You think it's funny, you think its a game, but it's not you know, it effects us deeply driving us insane. Unfortunately the pain is very real and from these things some of us can never heal.

We try to push it all down deep inside, bottling everything up while trying to hide but it'll eventually surface and make its way to the top...and that's when feel that we need life to just stop.....

Some of us can manage because we're a little stronger but unless we have help and support we'll not last much longer. please support each other, share the love so we're not left sending our thoughts into the sky above.
