Taught In the Dark

by Odimer   Aug 25, 2017

It is a wonderful thing to be beautiful, it’s ok to accept it, even embrace it, but you mustn’t forget to pay homage to the not so beautiful side. Whether you were born flawed or you wear your insecurities on your skin or bear your scars for the world to see, be sure to do so proudly. Because without dark there is no light, there is always beauty in the ugly and bad in the good. Without one the other’s value is not complete and does not tell a whole truth. And nothing is more admirable, more human, more enlightening than the truth. Truth and acceptance are the keys to loving another human being.
