To Whom It May Concern

by ddavidd   Dec 13, 2018

Don’t ever ever dare my insanity
for I've found your sanity deluged in vanity
inasmuch as
the true sanity
is a rare commodity,
and the authenticity
is a faint oddity,

where piety is such folksy inanity,
and impiety is masked,
where inhuman are soled as humanity
and unsquare
as Christianity.

I've orbited the ambit of peoples minds
I have sculled the width scull of mankind
I have left behind
all the limits
that these rushing hours
leave undefined,

to find
my conclusions
beyond the diffusion
of all these sane illusions,
in the trove of acumen,
that towers above
the rove
of the mediocrity’s delusion
of being
even
a decent human.
