HANDBALL

by Nat-a-Tat   Oct 5, 2004

I played handball everyday
Because it was a way of life
Took it seriously and lived by the rules
My "slicies" cut like a knife!

We had competitions
And played every recess
I practiced everyday
It added to my success

It was my only hobby
Top priority in my world
Beat all the older boys
They once called me "THE ALL-AMERICAN GIRL"!

The proudest of my moments
Were spent on courts for handball
The best time of my childhood
Nothing compares to it at all!
