There is Time II

by Nookie   Dec 27, 2004

I could sit around for all of time
Making nothing but rhyme after rhyme
I'd be the poet in The Twilight Zone
Trapped forever, broken and alone

I would have nobody around to care
None to impress, with the work I'd share
I would lay on the floor day after day
Not to be bothered by my souls decay

I'd be fine if I had a place to sleep
Give myself a place to write, or weep
I doubt I would stay sane forever more
I'd just wait for Death behind my door

No ranting about it not being fair
Because I honestly wouldn't care
So what if I'm in the Twilight Zone
It's finally quiet, I'm finally alone

My friend and I just watched that episode of "The Twilight Zone" it was made in like 1959, about Beamis, and him not being able to read his books and its not fair, its just not fair. Eh, this was a sorta joke for me, vote if you'd like.
