I fell in love with you
And baby our love was true
Your branches of love
And your morning doves
Your beautiful leaves
Which brought my heart to its knees
I wanted you to be forever mine
Because you made everything fine
So I asked you to marry me
And you said yes
But everything turned out a mess
I fort it would last forever
But it wasn’t to be
Because the law would not let me
Marry a tree...
