A year ago today

It has been a year,
since that dreadful day.
My eyes shed a tear
As i sit and i pray.

Your in a better place
yes this may be true.
But i cant see your face,
and thats why I\'m so blue.

We did some crazy stuff
when we were growing up
It was far from enough,
at least one more lay-up!

I know your up there
smiling down from above.
Even though it wasn\'t fair
you have all of our love!

What else can I say
that hasn\'t been said?
Your missed every day,
we wish you weren\'t dead!
