"Be Not Blinded by Shadows of Doubt"

By AmberMoonstone 3/27/08

Beneath the shadows of doubt
There are slivers of light throughout

They seep through to let me know
that those slivers are below.

Somewhere in the depths of my mind
these shadows make me blind.

I know the slivers are always there,
but are clouded within despair.

I want to see those slivers shine,
so that I can find,

The true light of my being,
to be lit and always seeing.

I strive for beams of light,
to fill my every night.

I want to be whole and fully lit,
with beams of light to keep me fit.

If those shadows shall creep in,
I will know to dig within;

to beckon those beams to shine
throughout my earthly time.

I know in my soul, that I shall always be
A Beam of light for all to see.

To spread this light is my goal,
this journey is about to unfold.

Author's Notes: Sometimes, we are shrouded with doubt, and despair, that is when darkness can creep in. Always remember to find those shreds of light, and beckon them to fill you up and do what is right.

To a new spiritual awakening, I am embarking on a new phase of my life. It is refreshing, rejuvenating, and fabulous!!!!!

Peace, Love, and Beams of Light,
AmberMoonstone
