Stealer

Stealer
You stole my breath
The first time we met
You kept taking it
Away from me
It wasn't enough for you
You had to be
More full-filled
You followed your
Own strong will
And stole my words
That were on my tongue
Oh how I wish
The night would stay young
You stole all the strength
From my knees
And let me fall flat
As wide as the seas
You took all my common sense
With you
You left me wondering
Without a clue
You stole my sorrows
And blew them all away
You took my nights
And turned them to days
I am ashamed of myself
For what I couldn't keep
Even more important
Then the dreams of my sleep
You took everything
And changed it all around
You've stole my cuffs
That tied me to the ground
And gave me wings
So I could fly
You stole the stars
And put them into your eyes
So they can sparkle
As well as yours do
That's how you stole my mind
And made me fall for you
But I enjoy it,
Every little part
And I love it how
You stole my heart
