Who is the man

by StMario   Sep 18, 2006

Can I talk awhile about Jesus Christ

Why he gave up his ghost as a sacrifice

In which offered us an eternal way to live

So he simple gave up what no man could kill

They tried humiliating him on that day

Jesus just went alone to pave our way

No man was greater nor closely wise

With parables he spoke changing lives

With the touching of his hands he healed the sick

Wise Men over the lands tried to figure out this

With the touching of his hands he produced wine

Others amazed of this miracle as Jesus turned to dine

Jesus took some clay and spit in his hands

Smeared it, spoke sight into the eyes of a blind man

Jesus friend sister asked him to rush a head

He continued being Jesus, by raising Lazarus dead

Jesus drove out demons sending them into pigs

If that do not amaze you there is more he did

Peter stepped out of his boat into a raging sea

Jesus saved peter by commanding the storm to cease

An accused adulterous woman was prepared to be stoned

Jesus scribbled the accusers read it, they left her alone

His words was powerful enough to part the red sea

And the words from his mouth set the captive Daniel free

In all that he did because he loved us with a cross

Gave new laws and commands by choice none would be lost

He forgave and forgives if we confess and believe

So I trust and doubt he would forsake me.
