I wish I could give you everything in this world.
You deserve more than what I've given to you.
I'd fly over the mountains and swim every ocean.
I'd do anything in this world that you want me to.

It's a matter of how much passion is in the air.
You're the one that kept me up when I would fall.
I could never ask for more than anything but you.
You never fail to leave me for anything at all.

I don't want to live this world without you in it.
That's a baseless life I can't go on to live for.
I need your touch that sends me in an ecstasy.
I would loath to go back to who I was before.

Before you I was nothing and a small ignorant girl.
I didn't know anything about love or how it unfolds.
I wish I would have known you every day I lived.
But I thank God that I have you now to hold.

    Its beautiful. these are my favorite types of poems, the ones that describe the love that people are feeling for someone when they wrote it, so overflowing with emotion. And this is deffinetaly overflowing with emotion. Beautiful, keep it up.

    *what a really sweet poem. =] i gave it a 4/5 though. i liked the passion and your words within the poem. the flow was alright but it was mainly how you described such a feeling that was beautiful. good job.

    such a simple line but i loved it "I'd do anything in this world that you want me to."

    This poem seems more developed at the end. Perhaps you could go backand edit to make the beginning that way too. I like the passion in this poem though, so 5/5.
