Bad thoughts

These thoughts
In my head are not
My own yet there
Trying to hurt me
Feeding me lies
Yet making me think
Their true
What did I do that's
So bad that my own
Mind is attacking me
Trying to destroy me
From they inside out
It's like demons
Are inside my mind
Altering my thoughts
Making me want
To leave trying
To drown me
In my own thoughts
