Loving You

by Bill Turner   Feb 12, 2008

Loving you is all my heart can do
Yearning to hold you in my arms
Running my fingers through your hair
Missing you...
Craving you...
Wanting you...

Your scent lingering in my soul
Driving the fire within my heart
As I long to taste your lips
Missing you...
Craving you...
Wanting you...

The thought of us locked together
Two hearts pounding out a song
Love being made between us
Missing you...
Craving you...
Wanting you...

Giving myself to you completely
Living out my life for you
Carry me deep within your heart
Missing me...
Craving me...
Wanting me...

Loving me as I love you

This is so beautiful, and the girl you wrote this for is very lucky to have you around. :)
I loved the repetition of the last 3 lines of each stanza. :)
The last line just captures it all. You did an amazing job. 5/5

    Bill,
I love your poems. You have the sensational ability to write a beautiful love poem. In my opinion very few can carry out one without sounding cliche. I love the effect of the poem on the reader, leaving the longing feeling for such passionate love. Wanted to be loved as you love another. Beautiful and breathtaking.
