Looking around me
Darkness and shadows are all I see
Objects and figures lurk around
It feels as if my hands are bound
My heart beats five times fast
Hoping and praying this horror doesn't last
Footsteps and screams echo near
I shake and tremble in fear
A falling sensation washes over me
I cannot breathe, is this a dream?
Spiraling to the ground; out of control
Out of my mind; delusional
Finally the world lay still beneath me
Away from the darkness and shadows I flee.
