More Dreams. . .

by Danielle   Feb 25, 2008

It all started with eerie bones and dark water.
We slid down the rough skeleton of a leviathan.
At the bottom there was a house,
Very rickety
I couldn't comprehend how it was still standing.
After hours of swinging among the dead bones,
we decided to trek further into this mysterious world.
The water was black and the green shoots sticking out looked like wanting fingers.
I dived under water
I couldn't see much but my air escaping
And the seaweed seemed to entangle me.
I tried to push up with my feet and return my weak lungs to the refreshing dull air.
But it felt like i was starting to sink.
I tried to climb to the surface but my arms were too weak.
My breathe was running out
And I was beginning to panic.
Just as I thought all was lost I shot back up to the surface.
No one noticed I had been gone so long
So there was no use in explaining
I just suggested that we head home,
And we began our journey up the rough skeleton of a leviathan.
