Sunrise To Sunset

by RedDeadShore   Mar 5, 2008

Seduced and brought down, corrupt and spilt,
Tossed and dirtied is the reckoning face of guilt,
Black and white world buries roped and torn lies,
Only the darkened room upholds the unanswered cries,
Sunset after sunset, hallowing into a cradle of hate,
Widened edges, the reddening heart of sorrow inflate.

Dripping down, the black blood curdles on and beyond,
Bounces off walls, drips and falls, blood is fond,
Weep not for the unreasoned approach of sorrow,
Now my life, dead and passed, cursed i did borrow,
The hunt of grievance, the end of days is now,
Life is confusing, not built for this place, I just dont know how.

The first thing that made me read this was the title. I love sunsets, but after reading this it seems more like an event marking the passing of time. I did really like this. It's so melancholic and yet its alluring and sorta like...a memory you hate but love at the same time.
Anyways, I liked this a lot.
