Advice

by Screenager   Mar 6, 2008

I speak the truth and suddenly I see what you really
meant to me. it's nothing like a reality check to wake you up and grab you by neck, saying " it's my life, don't tear it down!" I love how you say it with a frown and with your eyes growing sparkles every time you see something that dies, I mean, what's that all about?

I understand that sometimes it makes sense to wallow for a bit, just to nurture your soul and swallow your sense of always feeling like the world is coming down on you like a great big worm, but I do have some advice for you the next time when you've got the frown on your face and you think there's no such thing as grace, so grab the one you love and come to the darkest side of town, because that's were you'll find light.

You tend to hide in a black hole that's too small to fit you, but that's where your soul seems to re-connect with
what you believe in and what you would fight for. But
just open your eyes and you'll see that I'm right, because there's no such thing as a world filled only with darkness and pain, no there isn't. There is a world where even the rain tastes sweet and one could just surrender yourself to a state of peace and you'll meet other people there to pick you up from your self-loathing.

I swear it's right here.
