Tragic Ending

by Jessica   Mar 7, 2008

How can you say you aren't when you are
This has gone just a little to far
Behind all your makeup realves your act
The audience reads you perfectly
So stop trying to coverup
What they can already see.

[Chorus]
We're such a tragedy
Nothing can stop this now
We're such a tragedy
When we fall down
Happy endings are fantasy
I guess we all haven't realized that
We're only tragic endings.

[Verse]
How can you say you aren't when you are
The coverup has gone just a little to far
The mascara will not hide
All your lies in the thick black line
Under your eyeshadow they can see
The fake script you are meant to read.

[Back to Chorus]

You can see it all
Your future has in store
So why start now?
When acting is something you cannot do
We're all going to be Tragic Endings.
