Left out

the distance became closer, as she closes her eyes
the beauty it remains, as she dreams
the past is lived, as she holds on to it
Nobody told her; nothing woke her.

finally as the present clashes with the past,
the distance became evident,
the beauty faded,
and the past...merely a record
What a pity; she was shaken

It wasn't sad to know that she was shocked,
between past and present; everyone knew the difference
between this time and that time; everyone moved on
It was sad to know that she ... didn't know all this.

    There are clashes at times and we are left fighting with none other than ourselves, our thoughts, emotions, loneliness, pain, hope and our own conscious..

    Thsi poem says something like that if bond is not mistaken...
