Success?

by David Ensor   Mar 10, 2008

We all rush through life

searching for purpose

blaming our faults

on someone who hurt us

blinded by sight

we struggle to climb

to the top of the mountain

to get a view of what life is all about

along the way we push and kick

and use those around us

as foothold and handles

then blame them for being in the way

then, as we make it to the top

the pinnacle of our struggle

we freak out, cover our eyes

and rush right back down

This is a good poem on life, it is exactly what we do through out our life.
