Forever Loving is that God

by Han Nan   Mar 12, 2008

Beneath the facade he had shown, was he afraid
When the crowds beneath implored 'crucify him!'
Their sinful deeds all did he take upon himself
all to show salvation in heaven.

When Peter, a friend denied him - did he cry
Bestowing betrayal whilst the Son of God died.
He prayed 'Father in heaven forgive me!'
Yet then asked for forgiveness upon us.

He had loved and taught by the creators words
And then took our sins without question.
Forever loving, is the trinity that merciful?
When we murdered a peacemaker out of sin.

The 'Son of man' he said, yet the Son of God to man.
Do you regret? Do you feel sorrow?
Remember human! The deed that you have done
Still... who am I to say that I live when another dies?
