Variations of a playground

by Kaila   Mar 17, 2008

My stomachs tongue tied when I see you,
Sometimes I'm dizzy or just confused,
I feel like I'm on a merry-go-round,
Then I fall back down and smile.

Listen close, can you hear me shaking?
Standing near, please feel me now,
Pleading, begging take me there,
I'm right where I want to be.

Laughing, screaming, freezing cold,
My brain is buzzing, but that's not old,
Tingling sensations pierce me now,
Don't let me fall alone.

Splashing puddles against my legs,
Dry bitter hands encircle me now,
Eyes sparkle like an ice storm,
Were just getting started.

Then I fall back down and smile,
I'm right here where I want to be,
Don't let me fall alone,
Were just getting started.
