A childs life with a drunken father

by SAINTS MATE   Mar 19, 2008

She cry her eyes out
she hears a noise
shes not meant to playing with her toys

a car outside
a yell of a voice
she has to run
she has no choice

the screaming gets louder
her daddy is drunk
her mummy gets slapped
and falls down in a hump

her daddy is screaming bad words at the child
shes sure that her daddy will get wild

she can not see
and her face bleeds
from were her daddy
pushed me

another yell of bad words come out
the he starts to break the door down

the child tries to run
but her dad blocks the door
her daddy is yell bad words more

"your just like your mother, a useless thing"
"go fetch me my dinner right now you thing"

her mummy is bleeding
the child helps her up
but her mummy is hurting
tears all well up

the mother holds her daughter tight
tells her it will be alright
this time things will change
this time they will be out of sight

the drunken father yells some more
calling the child's mother a h*or*e

the words that come out his mouth
makes the child's mother cry
mummy dont know
how were going to get by

daddy gets all the money
and then theres none for us
I'm so hungry
i feel sick inside

mummy cant take any more
she packs all their things
and walks out the door

this tale has a happy end
for this mother and her daughter
