The Chicago Typewriter

by WhoThisWayComes   Mar 20, 2008

This epoch evokes the worst in us
In this short time we become the Cerberus
To you i leave this euphoric moment catastrophic
Insignias are left by the ones who stray the nights clay of crops

We wished not for something so final
We cling to what is our defining hourglass
For it is forever winding down

    You.
    are.
    un-be-liev-able.
    You're amazing.
    Seriously.
You play guitar like a freaking GOD..
You write poems that are mind-blowing..
You manage to look super sexy immediately after waking up.
AND you're just the sweetest thing. You're too damn amazing.

I love you mizzter. I can't say I understood the poem honestly because it's over my head. But something about it...maybe it was the depth of it or the sincerity or something...idk...but it really drew me in. You stun me, boy. <3
