Tick Tock

by FarFromHome   Mar 25, 2008

The poor child is isolated
Her time is running out
The forcefield is growing stronger with each breath she takes
She is silenced by the whispers of the spirits
Tick tock sings the clock
No longer can she speak
No longer can we hear her shrieks
She is tainted with sadness and loneliness
All she hears is the sound of breaking glass
Tick tock sings the clock
She tries to run
But she falls
She cant get free
This torture is an endless hall
Tick tock sings the clock
She believes shes demented and full of shame
Shes trapped in her own hopeless dream
With no one to hear her scream
Tick tock sings the clock
