Crimson moon

by Dylan Mccurry   Mar 26, 2008

I need to see your face again,
It's beginning to fade away,
So by your mausoleum door,
Is where I'm going to stay.
The light of the moon,
You held in your eyes,
I don't even think you heard,
All of my goodbyes.
I'll kiss you a million times,
If I see you once more,
I can't believe you're dead,
That shook me to the core.
And we'll run together,
To the far end of the sky,
We'll stand above the crowd and laugh,
Untill we start to cry.
I can't wait to see you again,
And I'm sure I will soon,
Since you left this void in my life,
It's like a crimson moon.
I'm learning how to live alone,
But no matter how hard I try,
I find your face in a cloud,
And begin, yet again ,to cry.
