Those feelings

by jLegendc   Mar 27, 2008

A feeling of nervousness,
That drives into my chest,
Sweat dripping like rain,
And confidence starts to drain...

A simple smile that stuns me,
And at the same time sets me free,
That innocent look you have in your face,
A slight glimpse from you I can fall out of place...

Goosebumping chemistry,
As eyes meet we created science,
There's nothing else we see,
Binding force that forms an alliance...

Sitting at the dinner table with food around,
But I'm staring into space,
Hearing nothing but her sound,
Savoring her kiss that has a different taste...

Laying on the couch near the window,
Imagining that sweet embrace,
Lasting like there's no tomorrow,
A touch that can never be replaced...
