Homophobia

Why do people hate us?
Act like we are some kind of freaks
So we don't fit the "norm"
Who really cares?
People act like we will bite them
Or we carry some strange disease
But when it comes down to it
We are just like everyone else
We all feel and we all bleed
What is so wrong with a guy liking another guy or a girl with a girl
I guess people think we will destroy the world.
We will kill off mankind
And that will be that
Like there aren't enough of us already
Why do people hates us?
I bet you would never know just by looking at me
If i was bi, straight, or a lesbian
Which one could it be?
I know it isn't considered normal
That it is sometimes a sin
But its not like we chose to be this way
Or as if we can change
Why do people hate us?
Is the mystery question that is asked
Gays, lesbians, or bi people
Are just like all the rest
Well maybe this question will never be answered
Or maybe it will
Either way people should stop
Being so judgmental
And move on in life
There is more important things to be done
Than to observe someones sexuality
And make a big fuss
