The Father I Never Wanted

by Keilah   Apr 4, 2008

You ruined my childhood
Youre ruining my life.
Why do I have to suffer just because my mother became your wife.
I dont ask you for anything, and I dont want anything from you
Just you not being in my life.

I cant wait to leave
I cant wait to be on my own, so I can breathe
I dont want to hurt my mother
So for you I hold my tongue,
And your secrets I cover.

My father you are not
So loving you I can not
Its not because you are my step-dad
Its because of the evil things you do that make me mad

When the time comes,
When I dont have to put up with you any longer.
I will rejoice and sing out loud.
Not because I hate you, but because I really dont like you.
