A Song Within the Sea

by LenaLee   Apr 10, 2008

A noise rings deep within the great dark, sea,
It is a song quite sad that you may hear,
A siren sings the lyrics with beauty,
But this song's so bitter it hurts your ears.

The siren sings alone into the night,
Carrying a quick message with her song,
They say the message is her plea and fight,
But what message could be so sad and wrong?

Together the wind and storm howls sincere,
The siren's singing with her secret plea,
The waves seems to sway along without fear,
All creating the song within the sea.

The song for the siren's love continues,
So siren's beloved just might be you.
