Catch your reflection.....

I sit here in this empty room,
the silence;; ringing in my ears,
my head is racing quickly now,
counting all these tears.
My heart is shattered to the ground,
ive lost everyone i need,
the blade is humming to me now,
"You know you want to bleed."
This temptation, to hard to handle,
so i pick the blade up in my hands,
the blood has such a calming high,
though, you wouldnt understand.
I pass by the mirror,
and catch the reflection of my face,
is this who i was meant to be?
in this dark, and shallow place?
I take a harder look now,
pain is all i see,
i look away from the mirror and whisper,
"Is this really me?"
