The Feeling

by MissE   Apr 15, 2008

Let the feeling caress you,
Drown within all it brings
Lose yourself within it
Let it just be there, while in you it slowly stings.

Become one with it,
Don't come up for air,
Hold it, and feel it beating
As it prepares you for something deeper there.

Stand beside yourself,
And don't watch from within,
As all you'll see will not be the same,
As you watch yourself there in.

Is it touching you like you want it to?
Or are you uncomfortable knowing the truth,
The truth about the feeling,
And what it does to you.

Listen closely, as it moistens your lips,
With words unspoken and deep,
Feel the moisture dripping, as it kisses your lips.
Don't breath too quickly, as you may not feel it,
Just listen to it touching you,
As you become one with it.

Sit in its company, don't chase it away,
Because if you didn't savour the feeling,
No matter how far you went, with you it will stay.

Close your eyes as you remember,
How he filled you with ecstasy,
Yet, don't dwell on that feeling,
As it's not here anymore it seems.

You're begging yourself to forget,
To become displaced from how it felt,
Yet you cannot move away from here,
Until you allow yourself some space and not ask for help.

From someone who doesn't understand how this feeling pierces,
How it stings, and cuts so deep,
And from all that you have to walk,
So far away from it, it seems.

Yes, it's angry, it's sore as it moistens your being,
But wait, you just wait and see,
Soon the feeling will dissipate,
And will no longer be.
