I wish you could understand

Waiting at the end of the world for a sign to move on
At the top of the world tallest building for someone to come and rescue
In a room with slit wrists for a voice to take me away
At the gate to just leave this day.

It all looks so hard when your not here
impossible when you walk away
Like there is no tomorrow when you look at me with a great deal of anger
It feels like Ive been separated from my self when you tell me that your not here to stay.

When I think about going to other place and meeting other people I always think that what if they ask me how am I and I tell them that I'm OK when inside I can here a voice telling me lying doesn't take you anywhere.

How can I move on?
How can I convince my self?
Its much harder
Believe me
Because I know how Ive survived until today
