Why I Cry

by Sora   Apr 23, 2008

Just when I feel the weight being lifted,
And my heart a liitle more at ease,
Something eerie takes its toll,
And I have trouble trying to breathe.

And when that feeling takes a hold of me,
I know that something isn't right.
I can't stand the feeling,
It's something I can never fight.

My heart gets weak,
And my eyes start to flutter.
I pray for the pain to leave,
But my shoulders still continue to shutter.

My emotions get twisted,
My vision becomes blurry.
I can't take the images,
Because it's my past I want to bury.

But still I live through each day,
Even though the pain is increasing when you look into my eyes.
And as I try to find a reason,
Why it is that I cry.

Ashlei.
