Waiting

by Lemonbread   Apr 23, 2008

I wait, wait, and continue to wait
I'm waiting for you and I continue to wait
I love you, I hate you, I continue to wait
Until the devil himself seals my fate

I wait for days and months, I wait for years
I wait among my most dreaded fears
Waiting is all I ever do it seems
At night, I wait for you even in my dreams

When will you come home? I ask you
When will my dream ever come true
I love you, miss you, hate you all together
Am I forced to wait for you forever?

Waiting is all I seem to ever do it seems

These 2 lines were a little off for me. If you took the first seem out and just left it as "Waiting is all I ever do it seems" that would help.

I enjoyed the piece otherwise, i thought you did a good job, it seemed very honest and true and on some level I think we can all relate at some time in our lives.
