This Girl +

by + Alana   Apr 27, 2008

She looks into the mirror,
And sees a reflection,
Of a young, innocent girl,
Or is that just a suggestion.

Just a trick,
To hide what she really feels,
She smiles to hide the frown,
Just so she can deal.

She looks into her eyes,
And can see all the pain,
She wishes others could see,
It makes her go insane.

She can't handle it anymore,
She suddenly looks away,
A tear runs down her face,
This is just another day,

Her hand clenches,
The tears fall,
Finally letting go,
with no fears at all.

Why does she really do this?
The answer she does not see,
Tears drench her face,
This girl, it's me
